Chargebacks
All payments are processed securely with bank authentication (3D Secure) — meaning only the cardholder can approve the transaction.
Claims of “unauthorized use” will not be accepted since the cardholder must verify each payment.
Once an item is collected or delivered, chargebacks will be treated as fraudulent.
Fraudulent chargebacks will result in:
Blacklisting from our platform.
Possible legal action to recover losses.
